Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Fedar Trukhan, registered in Georgia (ID 306457303) ("Monli", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the Monli mobile application, the monli.app website, and related support channels.
Monli is designed to be privacy-first. Your subscription list is stored on your device by default. We do not run an advertising network, do not sell personal data, and do not use your financial information for behavioral profiling.
Information You Add to the App
When you use Monli, you may enter subscription names, prices, billing dates, billing cycles, categories, notes, currencies, reminder settings, and similar information. This information is stored locally on your device using Apple's app storage technologies.
We do not operate a Monli account system for this data, and we do not have routine access to the subscription information you enter into the app.
Optional iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your Monli data may be synchronized through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services under your Apple ID. This helps keep your data available across your Apple devices. iCloud sync is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
We do not use a separate Monli server to read or store your synced subscription data. You can disable iCloud sync in the app settings. You can also manage iCloud data through your Apple device and Apple ID settings.
Reminders, Widgets, and App Lock
Payment reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. Monli does not send your reminder contents to a Monli server to deliver notifications.
If you use widgets, Monli may store a small local snapshot of subscription totals or upcoming renewals so iOS can display them outside the app. If you enable app lock, your passcode is stored in the iOS Keychain, and biometric authentication is handled by iOS. Monli does not receive your Face ID, Touch ID, or Optic ID biometric data.
Purchases and Premium Access
Monli may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We use Adapty to manage paywalls, purchase validation, and premium access status. Adapty may process technical identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, country or region, device information, and diagnostic data needed to provide purchase-related functionality. Adapty's privacy practices are described at adapty.io/privacy.
Currency Rates and Service Icons
Monli may fetch currency exchange rates from third-party currency-rate services so totals can be displayed in your preferred currency. These requests do not include your subscription names, amounts, notes, or billing dates.
To show recognizable service icons, Monli may download favicons or icons from third-party icon providers, CDNs, or the service's own website. These requests may reveal the requested service domain and standard technical information such as your IP address to those providers, but they do not include your price, renewal date, notes, or full subscription list.
Website and Waitlist
The monli.app website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events, to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and provide diagnostics.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
The homepage may include a waitlist form operated by Tally BV. If you submit your email address or other information through that form, Tally processes the response on our behalf. Tally's privacy practices are described in their Privacy Notice. Tally and embedded form technologies may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their policy.
Support Emails
If you contact us at support@monli.app, we receive your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to you, investigate issues, improve Monli, and keep reasonable support records.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
- We do not track your precise location.
- We do not access your bank accounts or payment accounts.
- We do not use your subscription data to profile you for ads.
How We Use Information
We use information only for the purposes described in this policy: to provide app functionality, enable optional iCloud sync, process premium access, deliver the website and waitlist, respond to support requests, maintain security, comply with law, and improve reliability.
Service Providers
We may rely on service providers such as Apple, Adapty, Cloudflare, Tally, Google Fonts, currency-rate providers, and icon or CDN providers. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only as needed for the relevant feature.
Data Retention
App data stored locally remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, delete the app, or remove the relevant iCloud data from your Apple account. Waitlist responses are kept while they are useful for launch and product communications. Support emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Your Choices and Rights
You can edit or delete your subscriptions inside the app. You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device. If you enabled iCloud sync, you can manage iCloud data through Apple settings. You can disable notifications in Monli settings or iOS settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information we control, such as waitlist or support information. To make a request, contact us at support@monli.app.
International Processing
We are based in Georgia, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and provider commitments for international processing.
Children's Privacy
Monli is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the website, waitlist, or support channel, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use privacy-conscious product design and rely on Apple platform security, iOS Keychain, iCloud security, HTTPS, and reputable service providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
