App Store Availability

Monli has been submitted to Apple and is currently in App Store review. The public App Store page may be unavailable until Apple approves the release. Once approved, we will update the website with the App Store link.

FAQ

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Monli, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are billed by Apple. To request a refund or review a purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Where is my data stored?

Your subscription data is stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple syncs your Monli data through iCloud under your Apple ID. Monli does not operate a separate account system for your subscription list.

How do I delete my data?

You can edit or delete subscriptions inside the app. To remove local app data, delete Monli from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can also manage iCloud data in your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Why did I miss a reminder?

Check that notifications are enabled for Monli in iOS Settings and that reminder dates are correct in the app. Notification delivery can be affected by Focus modes, device settings, time zone changes, and iOS behavior.

Can I export my subscriptions?

Export is available from the app Settings when the feature is unlocked. If export does not work as expected, contact us with your iOS version and Monli app version.
