Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Monli mobile application, the monli.app website, and related support channels (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who We Are
Monli is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Fedar Trukhan, registered in Georgia (ID 306457303) ("Monli", "we", "us", or "our"). Monli is an iOS app that helps people track recurring subscriptions, payment dates, categories, totals, reminders, and related personal finance information.
App Store Terms
If you download Monli from the Apple App Store, Apple's App Store terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement apply in addition to these Terms. Apple is not responsible for Monli, our content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims relating to the app, except as required by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the App Store-related provisions of these Terms.
Eligibility
You may use Monli only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Monli only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Monli is not directed to children under 13.
License to Use Monli
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Monli for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use Monli for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- copy, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app or website;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law allows it;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service or related third-party services;
- use automated systems to access the website in a way that creates unreasonable load; or
- infringe our rights or the rights of any third party.
Your Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into Monli, including subscription names, amounts, currencies, dates, categories, notes, and reminder settings. You should review your entries carefully. Monli may help organize this information, but it cannot verify whether your subscriptions, prices, cancellation dates, payment methods, or renewal dates are accurate.
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us and relevant service providers only the limited permission needed to provide the Service, such as storing data on your device, enabling optional iCloud sync through Apple, validating purchases, delivering website forms, or responding to support requests.
No Financial Advice
Monli is an informational subscription tracking tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, broker, accountant, financial adviser, or subscription cancellation service. Monli does not pay bills, cancel subscriptions, negotiate with providers, or guarantee savings. Any financial decisions you make remain your responsibility.
Reminders and Notifications
Reminders are provided for convenience only. Notification delivery can be affected by device settings, permissions, operating system behavior, time zone changes, connectivity, app state, or other factors outside our control. You remain responsible for monitoring payment dates and avoiding missed payments, renewals, fees, or losses.
Currency Rates, Icons, and Third-Party Content
Currency conversions are estimates based on third-party exchange-rate sources and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Service icons, favicons, brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in Monli does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Premium Features and In-App Purchases
Monli may offer free features and optional paid features, including subscriptions, trials, one-time purchases, lifetime access, or other in-app purchase products. The exact product type, price, duration, renewal terms, trial terms, and included features will be shown in the app or App Store purchase sheet before you buy.
All in-app purchases are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple handles payment processing, taxes where applicable, refunds, cancellations, and payment method issues. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it renews unless you cancel it through your Apple account settings within the time required by Apple before the renewal date.
If Monli offers a lifetime purchase, "lifetime" means access to the paid features for as long as we continue to make the Monli app and those features available, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We may add, remove, rename, or change features over time, but we will not intentionally remove paid access in a deceptive manner.
Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Some features may require a compatible Apple device, supported iOS version, internet access, iCloud availability, App Store availability, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available in every country, language, device, or operating system version.
Privacy
Your use of Monli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in the app, on the website, and through support channels.
Intellectual Property
Monli, monli.app, the app design, interface, code, text, graphics, icons created by us, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any part of the Service to you.
Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple, iCloud, the App Store, Adapty, Cloudflare, Tally, Google Fonts, currency-rate providers, and icon providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, outages, or content. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Termination
You may stop using Monli at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that Monli will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or always available, or that any subscription data, reminders, currency conversions, icons, exports, widgets, or sync features will be complete or correct.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monli and Individual Entrepreneur Fedar Trukhan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed payments, unwanted renewals, overdraft fees, subscription charges, business interruption, or financial losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us for Monli during the twelve months before the claim or USD 50, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability, so parts of these Terms may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law in your place of residence requires otherwise. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts of Georgia, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
